The RURCON Faculty team is comprised of professionals with Masters and Doctorate Degrees in development related fields. RURCON also has access to lecturers and facilitators from other development agencies and Theological Institutions within West Africa and other African regions for specialist's expertise that can be brought in for course input. RURCON's organisational profile is made up of the Board, Management, Facilitators and Support Staff.
